The best trauma parenting advice I’ve experienced
I’m so grateful a friend recommended Robyn, I’m an adoptive Mum in the UK, 12 years in. My son has FASD. Although I have learnt a lot over the years via Beacon House (UK therapy clinic) and Bruce Perry etc, the way Robyn approaches and explains everything is so easy to absorb. I listen and re listen to the podcasts regularly to ground myself and recharge. It has changed my way of coping so positively and therefore my son’s wellbeing. I am trying to get school on board with felt safety!

Robyn packs each episode with just loads of practical information and useful insights. She takes complex neurological concepts and makes them easy to understand. Thank you!

Such an amazing podcast! Short enough to keep your attention but packed full of good information. A breath of fresh air in the chaos of parenting children who have experienced trauma. I relisten to episodes multiple times just to catch all the mind blowing information!
