No guilt trip my a**
I only made it a few minutes into the first episode. The tone is quite condescending and when she said "I'm not trying to guilt trip..." I thought, oh here it comes. Sure enough she started passionately explaining that (especially for kids under 4) both parents shouldn't be away from their kids (working) more than 3 days a week. So guess what, if you are a single parent working full time, your kids are screwed. If you are a two parent household where both parents work traditional full time jobs, your kids are screwed. As a clinical social worker I wholeheartedly disagree. Give this podcast a miss. There are far better parenting podcasts out there, minus the guilt.Read full review »
