Great at times; not efficient.
As a first-generation Christian and a father of young kids, I am so thankful to have all of Ginger’s resources which help me to utilize God’s word to instruct my children. Thank you so much for the hard work put into this show. I don’t know if I am outside the target audience or am being too critical, but I find it hard to stomach all of the fluff in these episodes. For example, it took 9 minutes to get to any title content in episode 34. I understand the concept of a longer-form podcast and I listen to several of them, but here it starts to feel like too little butter scraped over too much bread, especially when the meat of the content is broken up by an advertisement or a tangential story. This hinders the helpfulness of the podcast in my opinion because 1) the message is not as clear or memorable as it could be 2) when I want to implement something I hear while I’m driving or walking, it is not easy to find the helpful bit when I listen to it a second time. I am attempting to offer constructive criticism to enhance this show; perhaps make it shorter or organized differently.
