Wonderful resource!
Susan’s vast knowledge, experience, and connections to other helpful professionals are such helpful resources. I really appreciate her reminders to check in with ourselves in order to see the larger picture, and how she then guides toward improving communication and experiences with our children. Her way of communicating doesn’t leave me feeling judged, but rather seen and understood as just another parent struggling a bit and trying to do better. It is a safe space to learn and grow as a parent and there are always plenty of additional resources offered/mentioned. (Side note, her book is also excellent and one I keep going back to.)

The conversation with Dr Delaney Ruston was so great. Her advice applies to everyone, not only teens. She is so authentic and seems to really care about her message.
