Love this podcast and hope to see new episodes! I’ve been working my way through all the old episodes and I’ve learned so much. I really enjoy the data driven world centric focus, it’s so refreshing!

Poorly presented scattered information, with no professional insight whatsoever. Huge disappointment for a BBC series

Hello ! My wife and I are the parents of a 13 month old currently, and I have listed to all the episodes of this podcast and will definitely relisten to this in the future ! Would highly recommend this podcast as the infusion of scientific evidence is really interesting and helps cut through...Read full review »

The quality of this podcast is amazing. Even if the topic is hard and sometimes controversial you cannot but enjoy every minute of it. I particularly appreciate its scientific approach blend with personal experiences of the parents and conductors. Any episodes lately. We miss it

One of the best podcasts! We need a season two, there is so much more that must be covered. Thanks again for the season 1.

Tons of answers to basic questions everyone wonders about. Great format with a mix of audience, presenters and experts trying to solve the problems of the week relying on the most recent research available. Fantastic !

My favourite podcast. So relevant, so scientific while being relatable and humorous. I learnt so much, and found so much I could actually use with my children. Aged 2years 5 months and 8 months old. I love the personalities of the hosts and the information from the experts. Please hurry up and do...Read full review »

I like the balance between anecdote / personal experience but love the experts (international) on parenting. IMO, above all - it's up to us parents to do with this information / insight as we please... after all the audience is international and multicultural, and the last thing I want is an...Read full review »

Fun and entertaining to listen to, and the science and research part is really great as well! Quite thankful that it’s out there as it has answered a lot of my own questions.

Parentland is an amazing podcast that provides practical answers to everyday parenting questions. I’ve followed the advice given on bed wetting and making kids listen and it works very well!!! A big thank you to all involved in making this a wonderful podcast. Zia (Pakistan)

They know to pick interesting topics. I am happy to hear what they say but often not satisfied with the depth. (More like they are chatting to each other, not discussing the topic scientifically enough with professionals). Agree with what other people reviewed, it is good that they provide the...Read full review »

Ok
Playground chatter for sure, too much cuteness. The introduction is never ending, I feel they have not enough to talk about. I do appreciate the science aspect but it’s just not deep enough.

I have listened to two episodes. It really requires people with some radio or podcasting experience. It just doesnt have the polish required for a successful podcast. Not to put down the hosts but really stick with your day jobs. Podcasting doesnt mean that any average joe can pick up a mic and...Read full review »

A great starting point for delving into the different subjects. From the couple of podcasts I’ve heard so far, having fun hasn’t deterred them from doing great work. I found the podcast entertaining but more importantly well researched.

I could listen to you guys all day! Keep going. I can’t wait for the next episode.

The topic picked up in the show is really relevant, but at least so far it has not provided lots of eye opening information and implications. Part of this might come from too much generalisation and unavoidable scarcity in academic research itself.

All episodes have answered several questions for us. Expert advice, for example, has given reassurance on the issue of my daughter responding in English when we’re speaking Spanish. The fact that my daughter doesn’t respond in Spanish isn’t of concern. Gracias.

I am really enjoying the international perspectives and the reliable evidence base. I feel like there is so much more that could be explored re discipline and the impact of culture on parenting confidence. Really looking forward to hearing more.

Parentland answers questions that parents want to know the answers to! The topics are well researched with experts presenting their opinions in an easy to digest manner.

Really good podcast, I like how international it is. Would have been great to have a parent of an older child/adopted child/a father but really like the rapport of the presenters and the range of voices and perspectives included in the interviews.

I'm really enjoying this podcast. Yes, some of the trails are a bit annoying, but it's great to learn more about the science underpinning various parenting strategies. Really liked the episode about why some kids do better at school and how to help those who are struggling.Read full review »

I'm not a dad yet, but I grew up in a large family with many brothers and sisters. I find situations I experienced as an elder again, which brings back some good memories. podcasts are very well constructed with a lot of data and interventions. looking forward to hearing more pordcastsRead full review »

A bit perfect parent/ smug for me. One lady sounded like she wanted to be a bit more real but was slightly drowned out by the others . I’m sure great for some but just not for me.

Listened to 20 minutes and got mildly angry. A very slow simplistic global parenting show making sweeping generalisations such as ‘physical discipline is by far the most popular globally’ and having 1 person on the phone to back it up. Ridiculous. How are you guys qualified to spout this rubbish...Read full review »

Over promoted. The ads is on every bbc podcast I subscribed. Every beginning and every ending of every single episode. These two women sounded like they have invited parenthood. It seriously needs to be dialled back.

The incredible level of over promotion on just about every single podcast I listen to was very annoying.
