“Alan keeps saying “I think” when speaking about the origin story of Parks & Rec—it makes the listener think the hosts are winging it. Love this show, looking forward to the deep dive of each episode but so far, the structure is all over the place (jumping to character development and not attributing to episode 1). I get that it’s the first episode, Alan and Rob are fingering out their chemistry. It’s not fair to compare them to the Office Ladies, which I’m trying not to do but I can’t help it since they’ve set a standard on these rewatch podcast things. I’m still rooting for y’all!”
