We can't afford to buy all these games
We Packbats stumbled over the game "New Normal" by Ell on itch.io a little while back, and we saw an actual-play link for it, and we clicked that link, and I'm super glad we did. That episode was really fun and relatable and kind and supportive... ...and then the "i'm sorry did you say street magic" episode was beautiful and fascinating, the "Knowing You" episode broke our dang heart, the "52 Days on the Ice" and "Picking Up the Pieces" and "Pull Me From the Earth" episodes were so full of emotion and care, "Space Legs" was an absolute joy to every part of us that grew up reading sci-fi, "Our Time on Earth" was funny and sweet and contemplative... ...this is our favorite podcast right now. This podcast makes us want to play more RPGs, run more RPGs, and heckin' /write/ more RPGs - we unearthed an old idea of ours just yesterday and made a draft version of the rules for it. This podcast is wonderful, and thanks to you both and to all your guests for making it so amazing and inclusive and inspiring.Read full review »
