“Truly a greatly edited and sound engineered podcast. I was baffled that I'd never heard of this plane crash but anyway, the plot immediately got me by the guts because seemingly all key episodes in this plane crash epic have been recorded in some way or the other and all of these episode's recording styles precisely mimic the atmosphere of what I'd expect them to be. Haphazard crunchy phone conversations, FB messenger sounds, Walky talky bleeps, background car sounds, the whole works. But when the interviewees all turn out to speak in full grammatically correct sentences and all provide some sort of deep wisdom one after the other, it got me thinking; what a coincidence. Finally I start to Google and find out that it's fiction. Wow! I guess that's the power of a good mockumentary; you cannot help yourself googling for answers after only 15 minutes of listening.”Read full review »
