Thanks for helping to untangle court decisions
Today, a majority of the justices on US Supreme Court failed to uphold section 3 of the 14th amendment of the US Constitution, seemingly instead preferring to legislate law than impartially interpret legislation or render decisions on lower court rulings, otherwise known as their principle job. Thanks to this podcast, I’m able to see their actions using the lens of the law and witness the fallibility of supreme court justices who again, prefer to use the lens of their self-serving ideas.
