“Patterson gets some excellent guests and covers some great topics. Don't expect to learn much about those topics, though, unless your philosophical interests revolve narrowly around whether or not said topics are intellectually inferior to a political libertarian worldview. Patterson's line of questioning is often predictable, shy, smugly dishonest, and presumes from the get go that the only value of philosophy is to validate dominant ideology.
