“Paul seems to get great guests but never probes! There seem to be lots of opportunities to ask follow up questions to understand the people on a deeper level, but Paul instead seems to have a script of questions and he just moves to the next question on his list rather than really actively listening and more deeply exploring key areas relating to Mentorship, positivity, etc. The podcast would be much more interesting if he got beyond the superficial first answer people normally give!”
