Environmental Activist satire or reality
I've been a regular listerner to Lehrer News Hour since it started as a podcast, after never seeing a single TV episode. Most episodes are insightful and balanced-- until this weeks report on Indian environmental activist Vandana Shiva. I couldn't tell whether I was listening to a satirical Daily Show interview or reality-- the reporter was so incredulous as to Mrs. Shiva's viewpoint that he sounded as if she was a nutcase. From News Hour and PBS, I expect reporting standards that are far better. Come on, News hour-- you can do better!Read full review »

I agree it would be best if they also offered it in video form, but as far as audio podcasts go, this show sets the standard.
