I listened to the first few episodes of The Peace and Parenting Podcast about 6 months ago and became hooked. To date, I have listened to every episode, sometimes more than once!! I love how real and raw Michelle is in describing her own parenting journey and the approach she has taken with interviewing other experts, bringing people on for mini coaching sessions, and telling more and more of her own story and issues with perfectionism within parenting. Her vulnerability and empathy towards parents that are struggling has been life changing for me. I highly recommend her taking her online workshops and reading her book to kick you off on making lasting changes with your parenting relationships.
