In episode 3, I speak with Audrey Sanchez, founder of Balanced.org. Audrey started Balanced with a mission to hold the food industry accountable and make healthy eating easier for families. Her steadfast mission is to, "Change Menus and Save Lives". Now in their third year, Balanced has helped to change more than 750 thousand meals per week and they are on pace to change 10 million meals per week in 2020!
