Enlightening!
I recently started listening to this podcast and I’m about 17 episodes in. I’m really enjoying all the information about human appropriate diets from various types of educated people. My eyes have been opened about just how important diet really is to even brain health and emotional health. It’s also crazy to realize how much of our current diet framework is based on religious ideals, cherry picked data, poorly done studies, and lobbying from “big food”. I’m new to trying Sapien eating and I know I have a lot to fine tune, but these podcasts are giving me the tools to help keep my husband and me healthy.

Can not recomend it highly enough! The host has guests from every spectrum of nutrition in his hunt for the absolute best diet for humans. (Hint: it is definetly some sort of animal based diet).
