Love everything about this podcast
In January 2017 I was a 6’ 285lb mid 30’s guy that was tired all the time. By way of paleo, Keto and exercise I’ve transformed into a fitness beast. I love that there are podcasts like this with most of the prominent names and scientists in the space to keep me updated on the latest research, and give me information to help others understand how they can benefit from eating nutrient dense natural foods. I’ve new sharing this with everyone I know who cares about their health, especially my mom as I think that Alzheimer’s/type 3 diabetes runs in our family and she has always believed whole grains, low fat and lots of vegetables is the way to health. My personal success has lead to others being willing to listen and open their eyes, and your podcast is an important tool for me. Thank you for what you do, can’t wait for the movie and I’ll be donating!
