Pat Cashman is the consummate jackass, and that woman (or girl) - well, they work very well together.

And Lisa holds her own as well 🤪 Anybody not from the Seattle area needs to watch ALMOST LIVE on YouTube. These two have the best platonic chemistry, and I love their reverence for deceased people that may have not been a household name. The story about Pat’s dog and the adult diaper is HYSTERICAL!

I’ve listened to Pat and Lisa since the BUZZ radio days. Just as great as they were back then. Please never stop podcasting!

Their voices and stories makes me smile! Thank you for continuing to “see what happens” when you turn those mics on - always a good listen!

Hey Pat, I remember vividly the morning of 9-11,I was listening to your show. You had announced that a plane had struck the World Trade Center. I don’t think you were aware of the seriousness at that first announcement as it gave me the thought that perhaps a Cessna had hit the tower. It became...Read full review »

I tuned in because I used to watch “Peculiar Playhouse” - really! I even had a friend who worked at the station where it aired copy it onto VHS - and I’ve since transferred it to DVD - but that’s my cross to bear. The point is, I kept on listening! These two are funny! But don’t trust me, try an...Read full review »

I love the conversations between Pat and Lisa as well as the skits that bring me back to “Almost Live”.

So enjoy the interaction between these two! Listened to them when they were on the radio together (was Dory Motson also included originally?) Followed Pat from his days on Almost Live (anyone recall Joel McCray sp? with Pat as Lenny .. he’d ask Pat such annoying questions..hilarious!!) other...Read full review »

Would give negative stars if I could. Completely not funny and the hosts voices, especially Lisa Foster’s, sound like nails on a chalkboard. How either of these people make money as voice actors is a wonder to me.

I’m very happy I finally dove into this whole podcast thing. Listening to this show during my drive was like reuniting with old friends.

I remember these two when they were on Seattle radio, and I listened to them as I drove every day from Gig Harbor to Seattle for grad school at UW. Yes, it was quite a drive and they kept me sane with their insanity! I still turn those pineapple upside down cake mixes upside down. My daughter...Read full review »

I don’t know who Cashman is? Is he somebody? I mean, c’mon...lovin time? Who does this guy think he is? Kidding...Pat and Lisa are peculiarly amazing! Love I can still hear their antics and anecdotes. Makes me happy! 🙏

Just happened across this and I’m thrilled. I’ve been missing Pat and Lisa since I used to listen to them sitting in traffic going to work every morning to Mercer Island. They were the only reason I was able to keep my road rage in check. I remember when they would cook breakfast, talk about...Read full review »

I've been a Pat Cashman fan since Almost Live. I rarely was able to catch him on the radio, so I was thrilled to find out about this podcast. His side kick Cheech...I mean Lisa Foster is the perfect addition.Read full review »

Back in the mid-90s, I used to drive to my workplace in Seattle with the delightful banter of Pat "world famous in Seattle" Cashman and Lisa Foster. They went their separate ways and I moved to St. Louis. That was that, I thought. But they're back, and they haven't changed a...Read full review »

Pat and Lisa are a Seattle institution, and two of the most dynamic comedy story tellers around. Peculiar Podcast continues a great show that has bounced around on several stations over the years and is a welcome return to the airwaves.

Never heard them on the radio, but Pat and Lisa sure do a great podcast. Consistently funny, and usually relatable. My favorite are the "commercial break" skits, especially on the Valentine's day episode. Both of them have a wide range of accents they can speak in to create...Read full review »

Loved your "The Morning Show" show from a decade+ ago. It's like you never skipped a beat! I hope the Culligan water company becomes a sponsor so you can make fun of their commercials. Radio (podcast) geniuses!! I'm telling everybody I know about your return to broadcast.Read full review »

Great fun! Pat is an amazing raconteur. Of the many podcasts I listen to, Peculiar Podcast moves to the “First to be listened to” position the minute a new one is posted. Thoroughly enjoyable and very funny!
