“I was looking into some sort of exercise when I stumbled on this. I listened to about 10 episodes when I finally decided "Hey, if someone can be this into something...maybe I should try it" :P
I've been running for about a month now. Although I have more energy and feel better overall, I still don't think I'd keep it up without having that jolt of running enthusiasm that oozes from Steve's podcast. I'm only at about 25 miles a week, but I can finally feel it starting to get easier.
I tend to be a procrastinator so I refer to phedippidations often as my boot out the door :)
