Clear, concise and thoughtful
I have definitely enjoyed the four podcasts of Mr. Warburton that I have listened to. I listened to them while running and they made the time go by very quickly! As a philosophy major in college almost 20 years ago, I thought these podcasts were great refreshers. They are not oversimplified or dumbed down. These are also very professionally done podcasts with clear audio.

More reviews of Philosophy: The Classics
there are loads of rubbish and a few good philosophy podcasts, this is probably the best out of all them, if what you are after is explanations and details about the most famous philosophers, youwill not find a better podcast than this

For someone like me who has never read much philosophy before, but knows Monty Python by heart, this was an excellent series introducing in brief, lucid segments all those names I had heard about but was otherwise ignorant of. I must buy the book!
