Today we have a very special guest—Dr. Josh Wildeman. Josh is a professor (and was actually Alex's professor) at the University of Southern Indiana. He is a faculty member, strength and conditioning coach for athletics, husband, and last—but definitely not least—dad to 3 wonderful children.
