He does this work for you so that you can spend 2-3 hours a week (if you want) listening to summarized, though still highly technical and nuanced, information, rather than having to spend 40 hours a week doing it yourself.Simon is a vegan who often acknowledges that certain animal products can he part of a healthy dietary pattern, and that his reasons for being a strict vegan are ethical, not necessarily entirely nutritional. As a vegan myself, I view this as a rare sign of someone who is presenting unbiased information and isn’t tainted by tribalism or dogmas. I want the truth, so I can decide what to do with my life.
