I am really enjoying this podcast and all the people I am getting to know who are so incredibly inspiring. English is not my first language but the way information is delivered it just makes it very easy to understand and digest.

Really nice podcast about nutrition and so much more. I really enjoy leaning more about nutrition with every episode and knowing that it is not just random facts, but based on the latest science. Keep up the good work Simon!
