Life changing philosophy
Being indigenous, I always geared more towards a paleo/carnivore diet, thinking that eating that way was the best for my genes, and in synch with my upbringing. But health problem after health problem, and then the price of eating meat began to climb, I decided to explore other options. I was completely against veganism. However, when I stumbled upon Plant Based Not Perfect, I finally found a philosophy that aligned with my budget, my goals, and my view on eating. Elizabeth has done a tremendous job at creating an inviting and non judge mental space where she shares research and encouragement on an imperfect lifestyle that is truly life changing. I could not recommend this podcast enough to. BTW, my doctor recently told me I am “the least inflamed autoimmune patient” she has seen 💛
