However the music is totally inappropriate and is annoying and detracts focus from the discourse, which in the two episodes I’ve listened too is intelligent, informative and expansive on topics which are relevant.”

“This podcasts could be great if they did not have the music layered over the dialogue. We play these in the car and can not understand what the speakers are saying because of the mood music. Check the start of the Google / Facebook podcast as an example.”
