What a brilliant podcast. As a practicing Consultant Neurologist in the UK I am a regular listener. The three podcast formats are all brilliant. Editors, Editors pick and case discussions each have engaging and passionate presenters. The trainees on the case based discussions are great. I always...Read full review »

The editors do a great job, much in the manner of ‘The Rest Is History’ providing an informative but also entertaining and often amusing exchange. In the manner of an aperitif, with the prospect of an excellent meal ahead, the highlights whet our appetite for the journal’s upcoming issue, with...Read full review »

complements the journal perfectly! Excitement when I see a new episode up, thank you for all your hard work for us.

Fantastic podcast- educational, while being enjoyable and fun . Definitely adds a ‘good use of time’ to the longer drives one sometimes ends up doing.

I was originally inspired to learn more neurology by Aaron Berkowitz (with his mantra ‘end neurophobia’) from the US internal medicine podcast ‘The Clinical Problem Solvers’. As a GP, Practical Neurology is sometimes above my head but always interesting and diverse and, as it says, practical....Read full review »

Wonderful podcast. The journal article reviews are very helpful summaries of the content that motivate you to read the excellent papers in the Journal. I love how the topics are so practical and relevant to day to day practice. The case reports are my favorite part of the podcast as well as the...Read full review »

Really enjoy the case report episodes. I always have something to take away from the brilliant discussions tackling clinical reasoning and practical tips. Episode moderator is perfect for the role, and the trainee discussants are so insightful. Only wish we have more episodes per month!

I'm just a 16 year old so my review may not be very helpful but I really appreciate you making these complex thought processes accessible for everyone. Please keep going with your great work!Read full review »

Love listening to their cases as I go on a walk or go on with my daily life! Their short podcasts fit best with my resident schedule and I learn so much from each episode!!

This is an outstanding podcast. I really appreciate the clinical focus, the focus on gathering important bits of history and the importance of the physical exam. I listen to every episode!

Needed to be either longer or more focused and detailed. Overall very superficial .

An excellent Neurology podcast for up to date articles to supplement their journal. Perfect pace, length and depth for both Neurologist and non-Neurologist physicians. I particularly like the format of the overview of articles from the journal, then a deep dive into the Editor’s choice article...Read full review »

Love both formats of the podcast: the editors’ choice episodes are such a great way of providing an overview of and inroad into the journal, the in-depth discussions are refreshingly easy to follow and really suit my style of learning (being talked through a topic renders it much more penetrable...Read full review »

Educational podcasts can be a challenge to get right, what’s the message, what’s the tone? These authoritative and intimate conversations feel like you’re eavesdropping on the two most intelligent people that you know, discuss something that they love. Important, credible and contemporary these...Read full review »

Very enjoyable and interesting. Big fan of Practical Neurology.

I’m a neurology trainee with long commute (2.5 hrs daily) so regular and more frequent podcasts would be great! There was some ‘trivial’ issues with recording quality for last episode (Vaccination in MS) but otherwise, I really enjoyed the episode Great work!
