Heal Your Hunger is the answer
Amazing work Tricia , I have struggled with my weight for all my life . I came across your website about 8 months ago ,as soon as I listen to your first podcasts ,They made so much sense to me , that it was an light bulb momement, I knew it was the answer. You really got me thinking about why I was over eating ,I knew I was a emotional eater but didnot know what that reall y meant, until you explained it., Since then I have gone into counselling , attended a Beyond Trauma course in the community , now back into counselling to do inner family work and soon to start a course on shame . You have changed my life so much that I cannot go back to where I was . I have lost 30 lbs ,20 more to go . I have listen to all your podcasts and saved them on my computor , and listen to them several times . Tricia, you make it so easy to relate and connect with you because youare not afraid to show the real you. !! I havenot purchased your book or programme yet, because of finances but definitly plan to . I cannot THANK YOU enough for all that you have done for me ,it bring tears to my eyes .you are an ANGEL from heaven .Please do not stop what you are doing, because you are making a difereence , Love and Blessing Diane

Tricia’s podcast is a reflection of her, an engaging, transformative and inspiring experience. I love Tricia because she doesn’t only talk the talk, she walks it and is always ready to hold your hand and bring you along!!

I’ve been in numerous 12 step food programs, but I’ve never heard someone explain this disease as clearly and coherently as Tricia does. She’s a breath of fresh air.
