“I recently found Tricia during the pandemic and to change the thoughts I was experiencing during COVID19 I started listening during my speed walk/runs. I have discovered that my obsession with emotional eating has been a part of my life since childhood. Each show helps me pick up one area of my life and relationship with food and understand better the impact on my behavior. Slowly I’m changing.
