And I’m not even starting a podcast (yet)
I’ll admit my bias up front: I love Dan Benjamin’s shows. I’ve spent so many hours listening to his voice he feels like a friend, so I would probably like almost any show he did. Having said that, I still feel like this one’s really good. I’m not planning a podcast imminently, though I’d like to do one some day, and I’d really like to help my wife start one. This first episode mixed in general and specific advice in pretty good measure, and the show notes will be gold to anyone who needs gear recommendations or further instruction. More importantly, Dan’s enthusiasm for the medium and for encouraging creativity in others really shows here. If you’re thinking even a little seriously about starting a podcast, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re writing your first show outline within minutes of listening to the first episode.

It seems that as they grew in length the episodes shrank in actual amount of useful information...Read full review »

Dan knows of what he speaks. Approachable enough for beginners, insightful enough for veteran podcasters. Can’t recommend enough.
