Running Revisited
Well Stevboy I'm back thanks to PODRUNNER. A few sessions in and my pace is becoming comfortable. I'm looking forward to the treadmill more than I ever have before in my life. Its amazing you get to run a steady pace if you want or ramp it up based on BPM. You can feel yourself getting into a real rhythm and you get all these great tunes for free with no DJ talk. Fantastic. Just what i have been looking for. How about a 170 though. 155 is an 11 min mile for me and 180 is an 8 minute mile. How about a 170? Keep up the fantastic work.

Never mind working out, these sessions have soooo much energy in them you've done a work out just listening!!!!! Expend some energy and click on download! I’d like to see each session run to 2 hours but there again I probably couldn’t stand the pace. Well done steveboy.Read full review »
