Just got an iPod nano and I can't wait to fill it up!
My wife loves techno and dance stuff - she runs with her iPod Shuffle loaded with it - but I couldn't see the attraction. I purchased her a 2-CD DJ Tiesto set for Christmas; now I know why she listens to it! My spinning and (especially) elliptical trainer workouts are a drudge 'cause there's no good music around to keep me moving and grooving - sorry, Fox News isn't cutting it. When I found this on the podcast I couldn't help but jump on it. The 180bpm seems a little over the top, but everything else is good. I'll be passing this link on to the wife, believe you me! Podrunner has helped me ramp up my running by helping me stay on pace. The 170bpm is great for my shorter runs, while 160bpm is perfect for my longer runs.
