New Runners -- try these podcasts!
I started running about 8 months ago, but I don't run very far or very often. I was looking for some music to keep me motivated after the first 10 minutes of running. The PodRunner and FitPod podcasts are awesome! I can't believe the difference in the length of my runs now that I've found DJ Steveboy's Podcasts! The 60 minute podcasts are perfect for longer runs. I am training to become a professional ballerina and this podcast is great to dance to, to run to, and to do any other cardio to. Never mind working out, these sessions have soooo much energy in them you've done a work out just listening!!!!! Expend some energy and click on download! I’d like to see each session run to 2 hours but there again I probably couldn’t stand the pace. Well done steveboy.Read full review »
