I love it!
Podrunner has helped me ramp up my running by helping me stay on pace. The 170bpm is great for my shorter runs, while 160bpm is perfect for my longer runs. I look forward to seeing more in those ranges. The 135-155 bpm are great for eliptical machines at the gym. It's all good! Thanks so much!Read full review »

DJ Steveboy is absolutely incredible at creating a variety of workout montages that keep me going for miles!! I've just increased my morning run by 2 miles. I love all of the runnings casts but I really loved the Rainy Day mix. It was a great speed for me and I really get into it when there is a vocal element added. Maybe we can get some more vocal mixes in.This podcast has definitely improved my gym time. Thanks for everything!
