Good so far
I think these two will always bring up strong opinions and some people will not give them the time of day no matter what they do. For myself, that is a shame, as in the world we find ourselves in today we need to listen to moderate opposing views more, not less. If you assume the opposition is the devil incarnate then you miss the unfortunate truth that nobody has a monopoly on always having the right answer. Therefore although shows like this can sometimes come across as a bland centrist love-in, I think they are important to understand the tough decisions politicians of any party have to take even if you fundamentally disagree with that choice. With that in mind, so far i am liking the show for what it is and for who is on it. I hope this, and ‘the other one’, can help pull political discourse back from the abyss it currently seems to be destined to fall in to, repeating the 1930’s all over again.

More reviews of Political Currency
A pod clearly established in response to the success of Rest is Politics. But it’s not as lonely or as fun. Ed Balls rarely challenges George Osborne who somehow seeks to justify the appalling record of the Conservatives over the last 14 years.
