These men have actually held the positions of power and made the difficult decisions. To hear both sides of the argument and debate is important and and consequently it feels more balanced, than it’s rival. Make sure to keep it balanced (don’t let one voice or side of the argument become more dominant) but have the discussions and let us hear strong opinions and ideologies from both sides.”
