“Oh my goodness, am I listening to Slate or to the Spawns of David Broder Podcast. These three hipsters are so knowing and cool, that they can't be bothered with the facts or looking for anything alternative to the inside the beltway, bartalk babble. Emily Bazelon is adorable and insightful on Supreme Court issues, but oh so meek and girly on everything else. She FEELS like she should stickup for Obama, but she just doesn't know how. David Plotz seems slightly stoned, or hung over, or . . . I don't know what. If I had the opportunity to have a show like this, I'd sure prepare better. John Dickerson is aptly named as he plays the role of "Hillary in the Tanker" snide takedown artist. He's always ready to cut down progressive values, to hold Obama to a higher standard, and to remind us how Hillary would have been so, so much better.
