“Parcast are terrific - they have great voice presenters (excluding the English dude who does the ConArtists pod, he’s terrible), excellent story content and incredibly high quality production. Political Scandals is no different. However, what I am noticing is a frustrating trend by Parcast to ‘woke’ every story - by this I mean, pushing modern standards or beliefs or PC culture on to content that doesn’t need it. I’ve started skipping casts where the story is historical (as in this pod), as I don’t need to be beat around the head by the hosts repeatedly distilling = slavery bad...female oppression bad...white man bad. Yeah yeah I got it the first time. Stop please or unsubscribe is an option.”
