“As total newbie to Portuguese (and a non-native speaker of English), I'm using the podcast continuously since some weeks now, and I've finished the majority of their lessons. It feels like having very friendly, patient teachers from abroad visiting. Both Carla and her man have very pleasant voices that can be listened to for hours. And it is great fun to follow the cast from the beginning in 2014 and notice how they gradually built their spectrum of teaching techniques and offers for learners.
Although it is mainly meant as a marketing tool for their one-on-one Portuguese classes, I can only recommend this for beginners. The associated learning tools on the Sabala's website, if used, enhance the learning efficiency of the cast dramatically, and they are provided free of charge also.”Read full review »
