Bad for the environment
I only listened to one episode, the grocery one. These guys are saving money by buying factory farm meat and non-local produce. Those things are cheap for the wrong reasons. Saving money at the expense of animals, labor conditions, mono culture etc etc is NOT healthy for the environment and just plain not good. Also, nuts may be filling but they are awful for the planet (require tons of water/labor). How about, don’t have two kids if you can’t sustainably afford yourself? These guys aren’t qualified to give anyone advice about money.

Really like this podcast for good general info on investing and managing finances. My only complaint is each episode they waste 10 minutes in the beginning and another 5 minutes at the end talking about beer instead of getting to the episode details.
