A beacon of hope in today’s media
This show is a breath of fresh air in today’s partisan media era. Vassy is an incredible interviewer and will call out the interviewee if they haven’t answered her question, no matter which party they belong to. The power panel almost always gives a wide array of views on the subject and it’s great to see the different points of view on an issue. In the end politics are about making the country better, not pushing agendas, and in my opinion this show does an excellent job of covering all sides of each story. I think the length of each podcast is perfect, long enough to cover the major stories of the day, but not too long that you feel as though it’s endless. I also like the fact that the episodes are available first thing the next day, I wish it was some day but of course there’s editing and a whole lot more that must go into it so it’s more than acceptable as far as availability goes. Overall this is a phenomenal podcast, I think more Canadian’s should be listening to it and I hope that it remains as non-partisan as it currently is. Also they better not let Ms. Kapelos go anytime soon, she is an incredible host and journalist.
