Helped me overcome my fear of birth
I listened to this podcast throughout my pregnancy, and it was HUGE in helping to trust my body and the natural process of birth. I entered into pregnancy with a ton of fear and anxiety, and am so grateful for resources like this podcast that helped me work through that. I was so confident and relaxed that I accidentally gave birth at home, with just my husband present - completely unexpected, and completely perfect! I would definitely recommend listening to these ladies, and immersing yourself in resources that talk about birth as normal and natural and beautiful.

This has been incredibly helpful in navigating what things to watch out for,...Read full review »
