My first baby was induced with an epidural, my second was a super fast labor with no time for an epidural and I was panicking because I had NOT mentally (or physically) prepared for that type of birth experience. Now, pregnant with my 3rd, I’ve wanted to do as much preparation as possible to have an unmedicated birth (now that I know I can do it!). This podcast has been so helpful in relieving some of the fear and stress I’ve been having about birth. I just signed up for the My Essential Birth course and am so excited to become even more confident and prepared for birth!!!”
