Smartly, stupidly funny
I've binged this podcast over the past week, listening to almost fifty episodes. Best synopsized as 'Small town Missouri Cops vs the Elder Mythos' its about a game of Delta Green where three barely trained, barely competent police officers are thrust into a rapidly spinning spiral of lovecraftian lunacy as cults, conspiracies, the mafia and bizarre artifacts tear their town apart. Despite going so immediately off the rails it transfers from train to jeep 4X4, the podcast never gets much off topic and the episodes are tightly edited. The humor is great and the atmosphere is suitably creepy, with the players and GM taking the game at the appropriate mix of levity and investment. A high achievement of character arcs and plot progression. And of course Wolf the Dog is the best DJ who only plays Kudzu with No Back Bone!Read full review »

I am totally new to the world of role-playing, that is the episode went along, I not only started understanding the concepts, I got sucked into the fund.

I am a huge fan of the show. I am a long time keeper/player of Delta Green and Call of Cthulhu and I find myself constantly impressed by both the players and the keeper in all aspects of play. From the ideas, the willingness to flow with the improv, and the crafting of tension.

Loving this podcast - really good quality editing and audio. The best part is the dynamic these guys have - they do a great job of recreating the experience of a great fun night of RPGing with a bunch of your friends.
