Diversity For Health
Just as my body benefits from a diversity of movement and my nutrition benefits from a diversity of foods, so does my mind benefit from the diversity of topics presented on The Primal Blueprint Podcast. Where else could I learn about squatting, resistant starch, and forest bathing?? Yep, it is the diversity of topics that keeps me subscribed to this podcast and keeps me reccomending it tofriends and family. Many thanks to all who are involved
