I used to love this podcast but I am really disappointed in the direction of recent episodes. I know it says that the opinions of the guests don’t reflect opinions of the company but it does not seem that way! Promoting ozempic? Morgan was very excited about it. I cannot get behind being excited...Read full review »

I just got finished listening to Morgan interview Dr. Tim Spector. The content was excellent. The audio quality was terrible, especially on Morgan’s side. The addition from notification sounds and other noises from someone’s laptop or pc wasn’t helpful either.

Just have to speed through the (too frequent) parts when Elle interrupts and talks about herself, her story, her doctor, her friends etc… Constructive criticism: we want to hear the guest and their story and information. Maybe you can do some solo episodes Elle to share your story again.

This podcast was great a few years ago. Now it’s mostly advertising for various coaches and products. No real substance anymore. Seems like health and dietary conversations have taken a back seat. Just my opinion.

I really liked Elle’s interview on Redman salt! I am now looking at making a purchase from their web. I really like this podcast overall as well!

Mark is professional but Elle needs to watch her profanity and listen to her guest. She also goes off on rants.

Love marks daily apple and the Primal blueprint. Wish the host of this show would use better broadcasting manners. Would make a huge difference.

Very disappointed in how COVID-19 was briefly and frivolously discusses during the latest episode. Do better!

When I first started to listen this podcast had lots of good health and nutrition info. Now it has gone away from that and has become more like new age self help.

Very informative, just wish Elle would let her guests speak more and share their deep expertise. Sometimes we just need to stop talking and listen.

Great hosts. They ask all the right questions. Very inspiring, educational and motivating. Thank you.

Elle Russ is a terrible listener. I honestly can’t tell if she’s listening to people, because she just seems to say whatever she feels like talking about, which makes all of her episodes have basically the same content despite different guests. The Dr Roetman interview was as the breaking point...Read full review »

I love when she’s the host. She has a great voice, has great guests, and asks great questions. Brad is good - and fun. But, I have a hard time listening to his voice and don’t like his interviewing style. Very informative podcast - every time there’s a new podcast I give it a listen.

Lots of pseudoscience and inaccurate, not verified facts. The host sometimes seems pretty lost.

I love the mix of health, lifestyle, diet and mindset that this podcast shares. Elle Russ is my all time favorite host!

Brad Kearns 5 stars, Elle 3 stars. I specifically don’t like how Elle coddles her more famous guests, and ignores when they say things that we know she disagrees with. Brad is a consistent and reliable source of cutting edge health info.

The content is ok but when Brad talks I have to turn it off after a while. Sorry Brad but you talk like you're a beat poet speaking like you're reciting a poem. Maybe that's entertaining for some. Who knows.Read full review »

Ellie does an amazing job with the interviews. Brad needs to learn to let the other person talk. He constantly interrupts the other person and gets them off topic. He does more talking than his actual guest. Not how that should work. He has plenty of his own segments to do whatever he wants.

I love all things Mark Sisson and Elle Woods is an excellent radio hostess. Brad Kearns however needs professional coaching. His stop/start, delay between words is so aggravating I cannot listen no matter how interest in content. Brad seems a great guy but he's not good at audio.Read full review »

Was very helpful when I was working on my low thyroid, got directed to this podcast when was listening to an Elle Russ interview on some other podcast, but the slight tension in the conversation with Dr. Lindsay Taylor shows that sometimes the host is still a little culty about “being keto”. So i read the details to what the podcast is supposed to be about/ but it takes way too long to actually get into it- the actual topic. I sit and fast forward but I can’t do the rambling and monotone voice anymore.

The primal lifestyle was a game changer for me. Sisson’s approach is practical and healthy. Brad and Elle keep me motivated almost daily. They have interesting guests and again, very practical advise.

I sometimes learn a lot from this podcast, but sometimes it’s tends to be long winded before a good point is made. Brads conversation with Tania today is a good example. I love the narrations and the interviews hosted by Elle, but I do not want to hear Brad yammer on about Keto. I wish they would separate his Keto episodes so they don’t auto download when I subscribe.

Brad Kearns is a great host and easy to listen to. Tina Leaman has an odd way of narrating so I don’t listen to the episodes she narrates often. That being said, I probably wouldn’t do a much better job myself.
