During this discusssion, we talked with Google's Chief Measurement Strategist Neil Hoyne about his book "Converted" and all the challenges and difficulties that come when embracing a more data driven mindset.
Neil shared with us several examples and stories from his work experience on measurement, testing, analytics and ML. He also gave us some practical tips in order to get the most out of data and win our customer's hearts.
