“I am updating my previous review below. Because I find the topics interesting, I decided to give it more time. I looked back over many reviews and so many of them have the same complaint- the extreme vocal fry and valley girl rise in pitch at the end of sentences by Ms Cortez is so annoying and distracting, it’s become just impossible to focus on the material presented. This most recent episode was unbearable, and clearly reviews don’t matter because she is still recording. I’m sure Ms. Cortez has many talents, but voice work is definitely not one of them - at all. There are too many good podcasts out there that are not grating in presentation, so reluctantly, I’m letting this go.
Previous review- I want to like this so much - I find the material very interesting, but I'm not sure I can continue.
