Celery on Proof
Absolutely fascinating. Especially with the supporting references citing background info from various museums. I have a porcelain celery dish hand painted by my great grand mother circa 1900. It was always on our Thanksgiving &Christmas tables.Now I know so much and appreciate it so much more. THANKS & MORE THANKS!

You might think that an America’s Test Kitchen podcast would be a bit specific and redundant, but not close! Each episode is different than the last, with a slightly different take on each topic.
