In Episode 14 I sit down with a very good friend of mine cinematographer Tim Burton. 9 times out of 10, it feels likes at least, you'll find that most DPs and Cinematographers have done some sort of "climbing the ranks". They have taken the years of loading, assisting, operating, etc. to learn those positions they would one day be in charge of. Tim offers us a different approach, just shooting. We go into detail on this path and the pros and cons that come with it.
