In episode 204, my wife and I try to answer the requests of the listeners in talking about what a relationship while working in the film business could look like. We are by no means perfect and therefore not the prime example for everyone to follow but having been married and working in the film business for 10+ years we can at least offer a little of our perspective to help inform those who are looking for the information.

Here in episode 203 we talk with camera operator Bonnie Blake, SOC about how she began her career, how she got started and how she was able to excel in the film industry when not a vast amount of women were doing so. With her dedication and persistence to improve her craft she has become an example to young women filmmakers that this isn't just a business for the guys.
