Well-Produced Podcast
I’ve been listening to Dr. Puder’s podcast for a while now and have gained so much insight on mental health. I come from a nursing background with experience taking care of psych patients at the VA, and I devoted time on my masters project working with Alzheimer’s patients in hospice. While I don’t currently have direct patient care, I can apply Dr. Puder’s knowledge to my current nursing students, my family, myself and who I meet. Dr. Puder has a palpable enthusiasm. As you listen to him, there is a zeal in his voice that he cares and provides endless empathy. In his most recent podcast with Dr. Ramsey, they talk about foods good for mental health. The way Dr. Puder talks about coffee, dark chocolate, salmon, almond butter, and kale, you can sense the way to his heart!
